Ember offers individual customer accounts and monthly subscriptions. Its live signals API and Windows/macOS desktop applications are in internal testing. Desktop release availability is shown on the downloads page. Review the current offer before subscribing.
Terms of use
Ember provides sports AI signals, forecasts, and supporting analytics. Predictions are estimates, may contain errors, and may change as data changes. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability of a particular sport, a minimum signal volume, winning selections, or profits.
Ember is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers, hold wagering funds, or award prizes. Its desktop software is designed to receive signals and automatically operate your own local DraftKings browser after you press Start, including submitting qualifying wagers. DraftKings handles your wagering account, real location verification, and acceptance of any wager. You control whether execution starts or stops; betting decisions remain your responsibility and must comply with applicable laws and age restrictions.
Membership provides personal, non-transferable access to digital content and released software. New API signal access ends when paid entitlement expires; downloaded software and previously received information are not remotely erased. Paid content may not be resold or redistributed without permission. Material billing changes will be communicated before they apply. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Subscription & cancellation
The price is $20 USD per month, renewed automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes and the total will be disclosed before purchase. No free trial or annual commitment is offered.
Cancel using Manage billing in your Ember account before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Access continues through the paid period. The hosted billing portal lets you manage your payment method, invoices, and cancellation.
Digital delivery
This is a digital service with no physical shipment or shipping charge. Online account access is delivered after successful payment and account activation. If access is unavailable within 24 hours of payment, contact support for assistance or a refund for undelivered access.
Refunds
You may request a refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of purchase. Renewal payments are not normally refunded for partial periods, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, undelivered access, or where required by law. If you were charged after a timely cancellation request, contact us for a refund of that charge.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary. Physical returns do not apply.
Privacy
Ember stores account email addresses, an Auth0 identity reference, account security records, and individual subscription status. Auth0 manages customer passwords, verification emails, login, and password recovery. Existing owners may retain local password login; those passwords are stored as hashes. Essential session and security cookies support login and protect forms. We use this information to provide account access, support, and billing. Ember's owners can view customer email addresses and subscription status to operate the service.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. Our hosting and Cloudflare tunnel providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and other technical information to deliver and secure the site. Payment processing is handled through Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal; Ember does not collect full card details in its forms.
Email support correspondence is processed by the relevant email providers and used to respond to requests. Support and account information is retained as needed for the service, security, and required business or legal records. Requests to access, correct, or delete your information are subject to any required retention.
Auth0 processes account identity and authentication data, including the technical information needed to secure sign-in. Stripe processes billing information. We share the account and payment information needed to provide these functions.
Desktop data
The API stores hashed client credentials, device-session labels, subscription entitlements, and per-contract reservations used to prevent duplicate execution. The desktop application stores its refresh credential in the operating system keychain and retains a local execution ledger across software updates. DraftKings login credentials, browser cookies, and real location information remain on your computer and are not uploaded to Ember.
